Dr. Lochan embarked on his medical journey at the prestigious University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi University, where he earned his MBBS degree in 2005. Demonstrating a keen interest in Pulmonology, he further specialized in the field with a DTCD from Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, Delhi University, in 2008. His academic pursuit continued at CMC Vellore, where he was awarded the DAA in 2013, emerging as a Silver Medallist—a testament to his dedication and academic prowess.
Beyond his clinical and academic roles, Dr. Lochan is deeply involved in the medical community. He has served as the Secretary of the Young Doctors Association of India and the East Delhi Physicians Association, where he contributed from 2014 to 2018. His dedication and service were further recognized with his election as Vice President of the East Delhi Physicians Association in 2022 and the UCMS Alumni Association in 2023.
